Do you give out raw images?
It is not industry standard to give raw image or video clip. Simply because it is a form of an unfinished product to our artistry. A comparison, if you walk into a store and purchase a purse, that does not mean you are entitled to the scraps. Raw files are large and formatted to only open with special software as well. We carefully choose each image to make sure the image is in focus and within our brand standard. We will always include closely duplicates with subtle changes as we are aware everyone has a personal view on what angle or look they like best. We will include as many images and exceed the contractual image amount if we feel it’s a quality photo. We would never delete a worthy quality moment of your important day just to save time.

Are you flexible with your packages?
Yes! We understand that each celebration is different with a unique program and we are happy to accommodate your needs the best we can. We also would never ever try to upsell you on larger package. During our initial call to discuss your vision details, we will recommend a package and we can always custom your package hours.
Can I add hours if I decide I want more coverage on the day of the wedding?
Yes! We have an hourly rate on our price sheet if you would like to add coverage at the last minute.
Will I get drone coverage and the whales, turtles, dolphins we see in your videos?
All of our video packages include drone coverage of the day and also unique landscape broll of your destination location. We shoot all our own underwater footage of the wildlife and every video will include a clip. If you have a specific animal you want included, please let us know ahead of time for our notes. There is an additional charge for drone coverage with photography only bookings.
Do you help with the planning and vendor recommendations?
We love to be involved as much as we can, especially with the timeline. Sometimes planners can be unaware of how long a session of the day will take and we like to make sure the day is stress free for you and there is enough time to capture all the moments without rushing around. There’s also lighting to consider for each part of the day. During our intro call, we would love to give you all our vendor recommendations based on you and your style. We also give you tons of tips on details you might not have thought about and a few exercises that will help you be
more comfortable in front of the camera. We are fully invested into your day. We not only want to capture all the magic, but we want to make sure the magic explodes on your day because we work together to plan out all the things.
Will you post our images or video online?
All of our clients have the option to privacy that is in our contracts. You can simply initial the privacy section in the contract to opt out of our social media or website posting.
Will you personally shoot our weddings?
Absolutely! We are a boutique studio and we do not subcontract weddings unless you would like to book an associate shooter in the event we are already booked and you want us to edit the photos or video. We do not encourage this as we shoot specifically for our style of editing.
How do I receive our images and full highlight film?
You will receive them via email with a private online link. You can share the photography gallery link with friends and family and if you also share the download pin, anyone can download any image or the entire gallery. The full highlight film will also be delivered via email with a private link along with detailed downloading and
uploading instructions to ensure the highest 4K quality.
Do I get to choose my music for the video?
The music for all the social media teaser videos are chosen by us to avoid copyright issues and to stay within our brand style. For your full highlight film, we love to use songs that are meaningful to you. We ask that you provide 2-5 songs for us to choose from. We will use whatever songs math the vibe of the day and we may mix some of our own choices unless you have specific ‘must use’ songs. You will likely be watching this video for a lifetime and we want you to be happy!

Who holds the copyright to the images?
The photographer legally holds the copyright of the images, but you have the right to print and share them. As long as its personal use and not for resell or commercial use.
Do you do family sessions?
We are busy with weddings most of the year, but we do take a few family sessions during the holidays. If we are busy, we would love to recommend a talented family photographer.
